- Make sure you clean out the tiny holes just below the rim of the menstrual cup. These are responsible for creating suction so that blood doesn’t leak past the cup.

Sterilize
Disinfect the cup before every period by washing it under running water, and sterilize it by placing it in boiling water for 3mts or using Senziwash Menstrual Cup Sterilizer
Fold & Hold
Take the cup with thoroughly washed hands and fold using the techniques mentioned in the leaflet and hold it firmly between your thumb and forefinger. Have a look at common fold techniques below.
Insert
